In my humble opinion, this could quickly turn into a "he said, she
said" issue. It is hard to prove "attitude." If you are in an
area with a union, I would ask the union to step in a mediate (we
have mediation services). If not, I would work hard to deal with
this without the P. Otherwise, you could end up being the one who
is in trouble if the situation "breaks" the wrong way for you.
