So...I am getting prepared for tommorrow I am going on two interviews, number 8 and 9 for me for a teaching position. Ugh, frustrating. Anyway, one of the interviews is with a school I have already had an interview with. They have another openings and called me in again. I am hoping this is a good sign. The thing is, if they ask all the same questions what should I do differently this time to hopefully help me get hired. I know I'm one of several interviewees (I always am) so it is very competitive. I want to have fresh answers and questions but don't want them to be too different so it doesn't come off like I'm being fake. I also don't know what questions to ask if they ask me for them. The ones I usually ask at the end of an interviews, I've already asked and I already know!! I guess I want to know if anyone knows what they would be looking for since I've already been in for an interview. Thanks!!!
