Understand first that schools are places that can drive some
people crazy with frustration. Some teachers teach in the
same building for 40 years, year in and year out, and they go
batty from it. And there's no career advancement for teachers
really - you either become a principal or you don't. So some
teachers will spend their frustrated time playing games all
over the place to establish a kind of side career of making
other people as miserable as they are.

Does this colleaugue do it to everybody or just to you or just
to a few? Maybe you can smooth out the underlying issue that
causes her to focus on you but sometimes you have to smile and
avoid them when possible. I smile and talk about the weather -
Beautiful day! And seem to agree with everything they say.

    Good luck.
