You can only do so much. It sounds like you tried with him. Be
truthful, factual and say "No, I would not hire him" if you are
pressed. HE WILL BE A PROBLEM TO ANY PRINCIPAL NOT TO MENTION
THE HIS POOR STUDENTS.
