Re: Can somebody answer this question for me?
    Posted by Miima on 7/11/08

First, since I cannot simply blame myself or half of the class
for not putting forth effort, I will go through my student’s
test once again. I expect to identify what students have
learned and the gaps in their knowledge. They could have done
poorly on the test because they did not understand the
concepts. Focusing on the areas they found most difficult I
will be able to reteach the unit a new way over again.

Second, I will do a one to one conferencing with my students to
determine what are their strengths and weaknesses. I will talk
to them and ask if they had thoughts on why this happened and I
will be open to listening to their ideas. Talking to my
students will give me enough information on which to base my
    judgments of progress.
