My 5th graders are really struggling with making equations
out of word problems. Any ideas on how to get them to
understand better? The problems we are doing are pretty
basic, usually only 2 numbers and they have to find the
3rd. They are also having trouble with choosing which
operation(s) to use once they have their info. Lots of help
needed here!
