Yes, Marissa. It was the parents of the non-disruptive students who
complained to me. Also, during a meeting with a parent of the
disruptive student, guidance counselor, and the student, we agreed
that classwork would be done in the hallway, or guidance office.
Oh and trust me: You will become very proficient in calling out to
parents. It's your job we're talking about. Put #1 first (Yes,
that's YOU!) But don't let these problems get out of hand.
