What is broke that you are trying to fix? Does it have to do
with learning or does it have to do with making teachers jump
through hoops?
Frankly, if I was one of those teachers who was experiencing a
great deal of success and some suit from the district started
creating extra unnecessary work for me I'd be pretty ticked
off. You better be able to convince them that this is
something that is going to have an impact on learning.
