I really appreciate your vote of confidence, but I cannot agree
with your suggested course of action. Divulging confidential
information to someone because you trust them to keep it
confidential is still divulging confidential information. I don't
think trusting the person to whom you are divulging the
information is sufficient justification for the breach.
But again, I appreciate the kind words.
