TammyI'm seeing a lot of student come up through the
Student Study Team process whose teachers are noticing a
lack of number sense. I have been trying to do some
research on how to improve number sense online but
everything I have found so far is stuff that is done in
most classrooms like counting the days on a hundred chart,
relating problems to the real word and using manipulatives.
Any suggestions on how to improve number sense for students
that just don't have it that is outside of what teachers
normally do?
cross posted on special ed board
TIA
