i went to the spec ed dept head and she pretty much told me I
was wrong and she defended her teacher.
My suggestion: ask the parent if she would like you to forward
on her e-mail to the spec ed department head, the AP, or someone
else.
It might not change anything, but at least you can feel like you
did what you could.
