Re: HOMEWORK! HELP!/ none of this makes sense

I must be missing something. Your principal's an idiot. How
do you know what the other teachers have assigned?? Or not??

Why come to you? Are you team leader? Tell your kids that
whatever is left over of the 80 minutes they should use as
reading time - and keep a log of their time.

All homework is difficult to enforce unless you collect a
work sheet - so give them a nightly sheet to summarize their
    reading.

Why YOU? (Some of the other teachers
    > don't even give it, while I give it Monday-Thursday without
    > fail).
WHY YOU ALONE???? AND why couldn't you tell the principal
that left on his own, that sheet would have taken the student
    about 25 minutes??

What did she say when you said that to her?

No, you need to point out that they have other subjects or
that the policy needs to be changed.

I must be missing something because this story doesn't make
    sense.
