We're reading this now and the students love it. There are some
violent and "gross" parts but those are the parts that grab their
attention. I almost gagged reading about the "mouse" part but the
kids were hanging on every word.

I think it is a great book for 7th or 8th grades. I am focusing on
character development on how Cole changes during the book.

Read it!
