I have spoken with someone at NAMC and was told that lots of people do get lead teacher positions. However, I wanted to hear from people that do not work for the company. In what city were these positions offered to you? Does your city have a montessori training school that you could have attended or was NAMC your only option? Was it hard to start teaching when you had learned from books and videos and had never been in the classroom? Thanks for the info!
