    Good for you...Montessori is certainly a rewarding career
    path.
    Just being certified in 6-9 or 9-12 will open doors for
    you. I'd have to say most Montessorians are trained in 3-
    6. In my opinion, I would look for a training program that
    is AMS, AMI or MACTE. You should look into the programs and
    see which one suits your personality the most. Also,
    contact schools near you to see if they even have an
    elementary program. They are rare in my area. Then, I
    would speak to the school to see if they would possibly want
    to take you on as an intern. That way, they might give you
    some tuition reinbursemnt. Good luck!
