    Why do schools do this? I tried it and it was not easy. So
    much record keeping and meetings and confusing for the
    children as far as who to go to and also because of
    differences in presentation. Sorry I'm not much help but
    my only suggestion would be to split your time in larger
    chunks such as switching each between one of you leading the
    class and one of you assisting or even just split the year
    into 1/2 for you and 1/2 for her. Good luck
