I agree with Maureen. I am NCME trained and have taught
Montessori for 3 years now, but was a traditional teacher for
25 years and my co teacher is NAMC trained and has taught
Montessori for 8 years and we discussed dividing the room and
weeks and all the other ways of "sharing" and just decided to
respect each other and do things the way we we comfortable and
as long as we were not confusing the children then not to
worry. and we have now taught together for 2 years and love it.
We each have our strenghts and our weaknesses and we work with
each other on it. She gives some of the lessons and I do others
and our children are just fine and learning great. I think the
most important thing is to remember to respect you co teacher
and that you are a TEAM, work together, and let things go when
you disagree or feel that it should have been done differently.
Both trainings are great so use those strenghts to make a great
    classroom.
