Great materials and even better customer service. If
something is ever broken or damaged through shipping, they
replace it immediately. Recently, they received negative
feedback about their farm base from some customers. Knowing
I ordered a farm from them (a year prior), they contacted me
to see if I was happy with it. I told them I loved the barn,
but wasn't thrilled with the fence. They sent me a brand new
base and fence that the children love- very durable. You
don't find customer service like that very often.
Materials are obviously not quite like Nienhuis, but well
worth the money. I ordered most of my materials from
Alison's four years ago when I started a new classroom and
they're still in good shape!
