Re: Proper push-ups![]()

Make them work in pairs and have them remove their t-shirts.
One boy places his hand on the floor, the other one doing push ups
needs to lower his torso until his naked chest makes contact with
the other boy's hand.
Forces them to do proper push-ups but works only for boys.
