Re: Becoming a PE teacher - ever too late?
Posted by Neil on 1/02/08

In England we have the Gradute Teacher Program which is a 1 year school based
course where you work for a school and they pay you whilst you do the year's
worth of study in order to become qualified. You must be 25 and have a 3 year
degree in something sport related though. As to whether its too late, my old
Head of Department didn't become a PE teacher until he was 35 too so no - as
long as your good at it.
