Twenty kids and jobs is a lot. I found that it helps to have
several kids on "vacation". This means they have to help with
general clean up, but don't have an official job. Also, have two
kids for several of the jobs works better since they like to work
with a friend. Making sure the jobs get done can be tricky, but I
try to make sure throughout the day to remind them. Some days are
better than others!
