Re: Home Schooling?

As a homeschool parent, I can taper my child's education to
her talent and to her learning style.
When a subject becomes too difficult, we can slow down and
focus on it until she understands and retains the information.
She takes piano for music, ballet for PE, and plays other
sports with friends at the park or gatherings.
We do not only meet with other homeschool families.
Socializing reaches far and beyond children her age, race,
sex, and religion.
The only problem I have had, on occasion, is the fee I have to
pay for the lessons and activities my daughter is involved in.
Sometimes they can become costly but it is well worth the time
and money.
Homeschooling is not for everybody. It takes time and
dedication.
Sometimes I have to put errands on hold to take care of school.
Depending on the teaching method used, a parent has to gather
the information needed and this can take time away from the
home.
