Lynn, as some may have mentioned, times are tough and not all
but many of the Catholic schools cannot pay a competitive
wage comparable to Public Schools. The Phoenix diocese pays
a little better than many others. Sometimes there is a
certain amount of autonomy in some of the schools. Some of
the schools located in wealthier areas are able to pay higher
wages than others.
