I assigned a fruit of the spirit for each month. For example, I
put "love" for February. In our school, the elem teachers take
turns leading chapel. We open with a worship pastor, have
announcements, and recognize birthdays. When it is a child's
birthday, their teacher comes up to the front with them, and
compliments them publicly. The kids love that! The lesson
lasts about 15 min or so. Each teacher found different things
to do. Some read a book to the group, some showed a video, some
had their classes act out a skit to represent their "fruit".
Some used object lessons, or flash card stories. Hope this is
helpful to you.
