During the past few years I have been associated with them as a student I've not had this kind of problem; however, you may need to direct your concerns to education services to ensure that your exams are ready and have been processed, which this could take a while. I wouldn't consider this a nightmare, but rather a situation that can be corrected. Hang in there and my advice to you would be to contact education services. Not to be rude, but I am a very grammar geek--- and noticed some incorrect spelling in your post. Just thought you should know that.
