I absolutely recommend this for anyone who, like me, is employed full time and cannot attend classes on a campus. This has enriched my life in ways I cant count. Yes, it does take a long time to have the written assignments graded. I've learned to write and submit those first before moving on to the online exams. Also, if you have submitted your work, finished yur online exams and still don't have your written assignments graded - you can call the university and request your next class to be sent. They sent mine for my while I was waiting for my 2 written assignments to be graded. The bachelor's program is a lot more time consuming as there is more written assignments but that is to e expected for unviersity work. I have yet to have an assignment changed on me while in the middle of it. Their customer service leave a bit to be desired as you tend to get the runaround a bit on who is responsible for helping you with certain issues. Once you are directed in the right spot it is taken care of immediately. I don't know a business that doesn't have customer service issues. Ashworth is definitely worth the money. My employer recognizes them for its tuition reimbursement program as well.
