curious teacher

You always have 1 or 2 Kindergarteners who come to school
reading already...when the school curriculum moves slower
with alphabet recognition, rhyming, and beginning sounds and
slowly moves into reading...you don't want them to be bored
or lose their interest..do you have any suggestions for
activities you do with them besides accelerated reading? Any
suggestions would be appreciated. Any good material out
there that you have used that you like for them.
