These are delicious and easy. I take one to lunch a lot!

1 large flour tortilla fresh spinach leaves garden
vegetable cream cheese (I use the low fat version)

Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla. Lay spinach leaves
over the center of the tortilla. Roll up the tortilla.

Keeps well for a day or two
