    Post: Peach Lemonade
    Posted by: subverted on 5/28/09

For one large serving (or two smaller):

    One ripe peach (peeled).
Two cups prepared ice cold lemonade (real, not lemon
    flavored drink).
    Iced water.
    Electric blender.

To peel peach easily heat enough water in a small sauce pan
to cover the peach to boiling. Score, with a small 'X', the
bottom of the peach. Using a slotted spoon, soup ladle,
tongs or whatever dip the peach into the boiling water for
about 30 seconds. Plunge into very cold water (iced works)
then at the 'X', using a paring knife, the skin should peel
away with fair ease. Usually, while dipping the peach I can
see the 'X' start to lift at the corners. Separate the
flesh of the peach from the pit and drop chunks into blender
or hand blender container large enough to hold both the
peach and the lemonade. Add half the lemonade and blend
then add the rest of the lemonade blend pour and drink.
    Ahhhhhhhhh!
