A friend and I ate in at St. Paul restaurant last Spring. I
had this amazing chicken curry over basmati rice. It came
with a mango sauce, a hotter sauce, and a yougurt and mint
mixture on the side, to mix and match for different tastes.
The curry was yellow, with sweet onions and sweet peppers.
I have searched and searched but can't seem to find
something that looks similar.

This is one of those dishes that was soooooooo good that I
swear I can still taste it.

Also, I live in a very rural area, so will have to probably
actually make everything versus being able to buy premade
curry pastes (or whatever).

My tastesbuds thank you in advance, if you have any clue as
to what I am trying to say:0)
