Post: Fluffy Orange Pie

A refreshing summer dessert and oh, so easy:
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup whipping cream, whipped (I use 4 oz. Cool Whip
instead)
Navel orange segments for garnish (optional)
Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add sweetened
condensed milk, then the juice concentrate. Fold in the
whipped cream. Pile into crust. Chill 2 hours or until
set. Garnish with orange segments, if desired.
