    Post: Tzatziki
    Posted by: Subverted on 5/28/09

Pint plain yogurt(full fat, low fat or fat free, you make
    the call).
1 salad cucumber (medium size)grated and drained.
Fresh peeled garlic cloves (the quantity depends on how much
you and your loved ones appreciate garlic) grated fine or
    minced.
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice.

Dump yogurt into medium size mixing bowl, add grated and
drained cucumber and garlic (really, 1 to 3 cloves is
plenty). Gently mix, by hand, the three ingredients and
refrigerate up to overnight to let flavors mingle and
develop. Spoon into dish large enough to hold mixture.
Serve with pita (toasted or not), crusty breads, raw veggies
or as an accompaniment to Greek, Middle Eastern or other
    spicy foods.
