I know it's past the date, but this is yummy!

1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
hot sauce (to taste)
shredded cheddar cheese
1 can chicken

Heat it up and serve with tortilla chips. You won't be sorry you
made it! It's addictive!
