Take a clove of garlic (more or less to taste) and mince
finely, drop in shallow bowl. Pour in EV olive oil (about
1/4 cup) and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh cracked black
pepper. If you like, sprinkle with grated parmigian.

Slice a french baguette lengthwise (I do it on side like a
hot dog bun) then cut into 1" pieces, diagonally if you
feel fancy. Serve, dip and enjoy. Warning - you *will*
get garlic breath!
