My family likes this. The sauce gives the pork a good
flavor.

1/4 Cup water
3 Tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 whole pork tenderloins (1 1/2 pounds)
2 Tablespoons oil

Combine water, mustard, and soy sauce. Brush tenderloins
with the mustard mixture and oil. Place tenderloins fat
side up on a rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast at 350
degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat is done. During
roasting brush meat with mustard sauce.
