    Barbecued Salmon

    1/2 Fresh Salmon or 3 1/2 pounds of salmon fillets
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    Put salmon, skin side down on grill. Mix remaining
    ingredients and use to baste salmon frequently. Cook until
    salmon changes color (lightens from bright apricot to
    light). Turn over and peel off skin. Baste frequently and
    cook until done, about 15 to 20 minutes [but watch it like a
    hawk, you do not want it to become dry].
