Hazelnut Vinaigrette
Yield: 1 cup
1/2 cup toasted, coarsely chopped hazelnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Mix ingredients and serve over chilled greens.
