    Post: Sweet/sour salad
    Posted by: Ann/2/CA on 5/30/09

One of my colleagues was eating this in the staff room the
other day. It looked so good, I just had to come home and
    replicate it!

1 bag salad greens (dark ones like spinach, arugula, romaine
    lettuce)
2 each SMALL red, yellow, orange, green bell peppers, sliced
(or chopped if you have to use bigger ones)
2 scallions, chopped (she didn't have these in her salad,
but I added them because I like them)
1 English cucumber, peeled & chopped
    1 package strawberries, sliced
    berry-flavored salad dressing to taste.
