Post: super easy baked pork chops
    Posted by: Susan/SC on 6/06/09

I made these tonight. This is one of my pull it out in a
pinch recipes because the ingredients are always on hand.
No measuring involved - it's a very forgiving recipe as far
    as porportions go!

Lightly spray pan with cooking spray.
Lay out pork chops in a single layer.
Squirt each one with lemon juice.
Put a spoonful of brown sugar on top of each.
Slice an onion and lay a slice on top of the brown sugar.
Squirt ketchup on top of the onion.

Bake until the pork chops are done.
