RR is 6 hours of grad school: one week in August, and 3 hours each semester. A school district contracts with a reading recovery site...a site license. A RR teacher leader teaches the course...the credits are provided by a local university. The teacher leader is overseen by a teacher trainer...overseen by The Ohio State University. Once per week for each semester the teacher attends the class. The next day, what is learned is implemented. NYC? or NYS?
