Access the Florida Center for Reading Research. This is an
excellent site that will guide you in what you should be working
with in the classroom. You need to get a baseline in reading for
all of your students. Do a CBM such as AIMSWEB or a DIBELS and
then take it from there with their needs. You will have to create
flexible instructional groups since all students will not be on
the same level. It will work out well you may have 4-6 groups of
kids in your room learning different skills in reading, but you
will start to see a difference when you progress monitor them in
those reading skills. Once they reach a particular level, then
move them on to the next flexible group.
Good luck. It is hard, but there is a world of things out there
    for you.
Once you have that info then access the FCRR site again and look
at the resources there. They are the TOP reading researchers and
they have wonderful materials and links.
