    According to the folks at our Region Service Center, it doesn't
    matter. The State of TExas and the TAKS considers it a planet.
    It probably won't ever be asked. A year from now it might be a
    planet again. when I was in 4th it was the last planet, then it
    wasn't for years. Let your kids know that science changes, that
    ideas change, and even scientists are constantly learning and
    discover new ideas. Dont let it be a big deal.
