	Re: What would you do to combat this thinking? Posted by anon on 4/27/08 Is it really your job to combat what her parents obviously want her to think? I personally have major problems with the concept of global warming. This year has been so COLD that all the so called global warming trends have gone bye bye. If the "little ice age" in Europe is our starting point (between 1560 and 1850, then yes we see global warming. However, what do you expect? it was called the "little ice age." I would not argue with a 10 year old. Their parents are will likely complain that you are pusing liberal propaganda down their little darlings throat and that would not be a good idea. Are you sure your adiminstrators will agree with you on this one? At my school, it's the parents that are right... and no amount of 'proof' is going to change that.
