If I am reading you right, you have 4 classes of each grades 1-6 which makes 24
classes that you have to develop a science schedule for. You don't want to teach
    24 classes a week.

This is what I would do. I would do grades 1-3 for the first half of the year and
grades 4-6 for the second half of the year. That makes 12 classrooms in a
    week.

Assuming you can get 45 min periods and can work 7 - 45 min periods a day
and still have your prep and lunch that makes 35 periods a week that you can
    teach.

35 periods for 12 classes. That is almost enough for each class to have science
3 days a week for half of a year.

If you got stuck having the whole school all year that is 24 classes and 35
teaching periods a week. You could have grades 1-3 once a week and grades
4-6 twice a week. Assuming 45 min periods like above.
