I am a retired high school physics teacher. However, the best
way to study is to work with someone else. It is much better
than buying a book and studying alone from it. If you have
the money, hire a tutor by calling a university or college
biolgy department and try to get a graduate student to tutor
you
with your study materials such as an exam preparation book(s).
