Ideas, advice wanted!!

I got a call about an hour ago (which was unusual given the
evening hour) for an interview on Thursday! I am thrilled;
it will be a 7th grade position at a Science and Math
Magnet school. I have never done middle school so this
will be new for me. They are also asking that I do a
demonstration lesson for 15 minutes (which I have never
done at an interview!!)...here is what they are asking for:

15 minutes
Science (based on CA standards, which is Life Science in
7th grade)
Integrate technology; I will have use of a Smartboard,
projector, laptop, and doc camera (all of which I have
used).

So...what do you think? Anybody have any fabulous lesson
ideas or general advice for a demonstration lesson?
