Most of the interactive notebook suggestions say to number
the pages. The problem we faced - being on the same page.
This was due to the fact that some people write much bigger
than others. Some people had larger notebooks than others.
Some take more notes than others, etc.

I ended up compensating by having the students use the same
# page (circle # in red at the bottom center of page) so
that we could all stay together.

How did you deal with this type of problem?
