I teach in a magnet elementary school where science is a focus. I teach a hands on lab to K-5 for 30 minutes once a week. I do not enter grades into the grading software but I do give each classroom teacher a "grade" that they may choose to use however they like. I am trying to develop some type of quick strategy for formulating a grade for each student. In 30 minutes I barely have enough time to complete the activity. Any suggestions?
