Hey everyone, I am a current Postdoc at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and I wanted to share a free scientific resource I have developed. It is a podcast called Science Sound Bites. Each episode is a 20 minute interview of a scientist in which we break down their research in layman terms. Although for everyone, the goal of this podcast is to help give middle and high school teachers a real world example of what scientist study to use in their classrooms. Each one comes with a list of terms and a powerpoint based on what we talked about. So far I have interviewed on researchers on topics from plant biology, infectious diseases, cancer and much more. The next interview that I will release will be with the Director of the National Institutes of Health, Dr. Francis Collins. For the most up-to- date info please visit, like, and share the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/sciencesoundbites. The podcasts can be found there or at http://tinyurl.com/ScienceSoundBites.
