teachers to tke on students because they are the future if the
industry. Less and less teachers in Australia are taking on students
because of the low economic renumeration and the increasing number of
students who are below the standard expected f student teachers. But I
look at the other side of the question - What can I do to help this
student become a good practitioner in the classroom? I love having
students and rncourage them to ask questions, challenge my actions and
develop a very positive professional banter through their lesson
